One can build water bottle rockets quite simply. You can make 2 liter bottle rockets out of soda bottles, or you can use any other kind. Partially fill the water bottle rockets with water and the rest should be pressurized air. The pressurized air throws the water out of the rocket, which pushes the water bottle rockets. They can go as high as 300m and can reach a speed of 200km/h.
You can also do pop bottle rockets or soda bottle rockets.
